Our local community radio station, Triple H 100.1FM, servicing the Hornsby Ku-ring-gai area, is excited to announce the graduation of eleven new presenters from its recent Presenter Training Course at a ceremony held in May.
The popular in-house course ran over six weeks and covered all aspects of radio including announcing, voice coaching, program planning, broadcast law, interview techniques and essential skills needed to make great community radio.
The Triple H 100.1FM course is widely acknowledged and highly regarded by media professionals as providing quality training delivered by qualified trainers with extensive experience in community radio according to Jason ‘Noddy’ Vellely, a member of the station’s dedicated training committee.
“Our last course produced a record number of graduates,” Noddy said.
“We’re looking forward to our new presenters hitting the panel in Studio One with their own shows to join other popular programs on Triple H 100.1FM,” he said.
The lineup includes Monday Focus with Adrienne McLean & Greg Smith, Mid week Washup with Stephen Holland and Elizabeth Henderson, Streetbeat with Neil Ashworth &Justine Smillie and the new Sports Show on Friday night with the voice of local sport Tony Dosen.
